Visiting Nantucket Lightship / LV-112

Nantucket / LV-112 is currently undergoing restoration. During this time period, the ship is open to the general public for tours, educational programs and special events on a limited basis. We look forward to your visit.

Location and Directions

Nantucket / LV-112 is berthed at the Boston Harbor Shipyard & Marina, 256 Marginal St., East Boston, MA, directions. MBTA subway: take the Blue Line to Maverick Station, walk to the shipyard/marina (approx. 15 minutes), view walking route.

Our hours

Nantucket Lightship / LV-112 is open for the season on Saturdays, 10am–4pm, from the last Saturday in April through the last Saturday in October. Individual and group tours can also be arranged by appointment throughout the year on other days.

Admission

We request a $5 donation per person. Children under age 5 are free. Nantucket / LV-112 is not handicap accessible.
